To keep your Seafari system in excellent condition, simply conduct routine maintenance and utilize only genuine HRO parts and accessories. These will allow you to safely operate and monitor your system and at the same time protect the quality of your potable water.

Planned Maintenance Kits

Each HRO-PMK kit contains all the spare parts a cruising vessel is likely to need for basic planned maintenance. This includes all necessary pre-filter elements, screens, cleaning compound kits, pump and crankcase oil, replacement seals for the pre-filter, and a storage compound kit.

Replacement Filter

HRO stocks a full line of high quality standard and commercial filter cartridges to maintain both the pre and post treatment stages, as well as carbon, plankton, monel screen, and oil water separation replacement filters to guarantee system performance.

Cleaning Kit

Use this chemical cleaning kit, which contains pre-measured citric acid and alkaline-based chemical cleaners to cleanse the system membranes. Periodic cleaning extends the life of these membranes. Complete instructions are included.

Crankcase Oil

HRO's hydraulic lubricant oil contains anti-wear, de-oxidizer, and rust inhibitors to ensure long smooth running life for all pumps and components.

Booster Pump Seal Kit

HRO's Booster Pump Seal Kits are available for all HRO Seafari booster pumps. Seal kits will stop leaks from the booster pump and keep your system operating in great condition. It is best that boaters replace booster pump seals every 2,000 hours.

Monel Mesh Screen

The Monel Mesh screen comes with an O-ring seal. This screen is the first filtration process through which raw feed water passes through a tight 50 mesh screen strainer. It is recommended that boaters have replacement screens onboard.
High Pressure Pump Kit

The High Pressure Pump Rebuild Kits are available for all HRO Seafair systems. They contain the valves and seals necessary to return your pump to top condition. It is recommended that boaters rebuild the pump after every 2,000 hours of use.
